Our Policy

 

Each service provided by our team at Azure SSM is a personalized, one-on-one experience. Rooms and treatment providers are reserved specially for you;
a “no-show” or last minute cancellation leaves our team with empty appointment times.

If a full 48 hours’ notice is not received, the guest will be unable to schedule any future appointments without having had paid for the previous missed appointment.

If this is your first appointment with us we require a deposit of 50% to secure an appointment. Deposits are non-refundable. Guests must pay for their missed appointment in order to book future services.

Scheduling for a group or spa packages do require a deposit to guarantee your reservation.

Cancellations left after hours or over the weekends on our voicemail, texting, or social media will be deemed to have been received on the next business day.

 

**Please note, if you are booking for a wedding party, we have a separate Bridal Policy.

An additional 13% HST charge is added to all services. Prices and treatment protocols are subject to change. Packages cannot be split to accommodate two separate individuals. Gift certificates are non-refundable. Gift certificate treatments not cancelled 48 hours or more prior to appointment time are considered to be redeemed.

Please note that gratuities have not been included in any of our service pricing nor in any of our gift certificates and spa packages.
